Saltwood is a luxurious wellness spa designed for deep restoration, founded by a family of local entrepreneurs who know what it’s like to not find time for self-care, but who strongly understand the importance of it.

At Saltwood, our mission is to provide a space for fast lives to slow down. We offer private rooms, unhurried sessions, and a calm, elevated environment. Every experience is personal to your own wellness journey and never feels overcrowded.

We are committed to creating a welcoming space where clients feel informed, respected, and supported as they incorporate wellness practices into their lifestyle. We believe that wellness should be accessible, intentional, and individualized. Our vision is to not be the loudest wellness brand, but the most trusted. A place people return to week after week, season after season - not as an indulgence, but as an essential part of caring for themselves.

Services include: Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Contrast Therapy (sauna + cold plunge), and Massage Therapy.

Each service room is private and comes equip with its own shower, vanity, mirror, and post-shower essentials so that you can leave your service feeling renewed and prepared for whatever the rest of your day may bring.
