Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect at my first session?

Upon arrival, head over to our front counter where you will be greeted by a member of our staff. They will check you in.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can be sure your customer profile is complete as well as have enough time to answer any questions you may have before beginning your service.

A staff member will then lead you to your room and give a brief explanation on equipment and anything else relating to your booked service.

A timer will be set and you will begin your wellness journey!

Please note that if you do not arrive early, the time required to complete the above steps will cut into your total service time.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself and your guest if applicable. We got you covered on the rest! Each room provides a vanity equipped with post-shower essentials.

What should I wear?

SAUNA: We recommend as little as possible. To truly immerse yourself in the experience, nudity is best. However, whatever you are comfortable wearing, whether that’s lightweight, breathable clothing, moisture-wicking athletic wear, or a swimsuit works just as well. For sanitary measures, please keep the sauna towel on the bench and do not sit right on top of the wood.

COLD PLUNGE: please wear a swimsuit or moisture-wicking athletic wear (sports bra, shorts, etc.)

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend always being 10 minutes early. This allows enough time to check in and relax before beginning your service. We do not recommend coming into your session feeling rushed and anxious.

What makes you different?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
